CrossPointe Abundant Grace is a community church that believes that every believer is a minister, every minister is a leader, every leader is a reproducer, and every reproducer is a world changer.
Our mission is to establish a God-fearing Church that fosters joy, excellence, servanthood, unity, and self-discipline. Through these key attributes, we hope to establish an environment that will facilitate rest and strengthen faith through an in-depth study of God’s Word.
CrossPointe Abundant Grace is a branch of CrossPointe Healing House. United as one family sharing one vision, our hope is to reach as many people as possible with the love of Jesus Christ.
Our Senior Pastor
Pastor Jean-Claude’s Story
Pastor Jean-Claude was raised in Kinshasa, DR Congo, where he started following the Lord at a very young age. As a young adult, he took part in village evangelism in Southern India — the season in which he began embracing the call to ministry.
In 2001 he moved to the USA and continued serving the Lord through his passion for worship, supporting international worship groups in the greater Portland, Maine area. Before continuing his education in Civil Engineering in Massachusetts, he took a firm stand in his walk with Christ through full-immersion baptism on April 6, 2003.
He moved to Maryland in 2008, where he met his beautiful and anointed wife, Chantal. Together they have built a house of prayer warriors with their children Xavier, Belina, and Branden. He has served in many ministries across the DMV as Worship Leader, Sunday School Teacher, Administrative Minister, and Outreach Minister.
In 2020 he joined the Pastor-Teacher School of the Apostolic Movement International Ministry for rigorous pastoral training. Since 2017, under the leadership of Apostle Diallo and Rev. Claudine, he has followed continuous leadership and pastoral discipleship training in the Cross Pointe Churches culture, serving as Outreach Minister at Cross Pointe Healing House.
He is passionate to see the young generation reach maturity in their faith so they can be true world changers. He has a heart for the less fortunate and strongly believes in making the church a place where people belong and can find rest. That is his mission as he leads Cross Pointe Abundant Grace.

Our Belief Statement
What We Believe
- 01
We believe that the Bible is God’s Word. It is accurate, authoritative and applicable to our everyday lives.

We believe in one eternal God who is the Creator of all things. He exists in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. He is totally loving and completely holy.

We believe that sin has separated each of us from God and His purpose for our lives.

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ as both God and man is the only One who can reconcile us to God. He lived a sinless and exemplary life, died on the cross in our place, and rose again to prove His victory and empower us for life.

We believe in order to receive forgiveness and the ‘new birth’ we must repent of our sins, believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and submit to His will for our lives.

We believe in order to live the holy and fruitful lives that God intends for us, we need to be baptized in water and be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit enables us to use spiritual gifts, including speaking in tongues.

We believe in the power and significance of the Church and the necessity of believers to meet regularly together for fellowship, prayer and the ‘breaking of bread’.

We believe that God has individually equipped us so that we can successfully achieve His purpose for our lives which is to worship God, fulfill our role in the Church and serve the community in which we live.

We believe that God wants to heal and transform us so that we can live healthy and blessed lives in order to help others more effectively.

We believe that our eternal destination of either Heaven or hell is determined by our response to the Lord Jesus Christ.
